It’s been a busy period … it took a lot of hacking to pull together a rough feeds page … and I’ve been kicking myself for writing so little (ok, I’ve been putting a lot in my del.icio.us ), not even in my wiki . Little things, like how adding ” | ” to a slab of php produced a newline, yet when I threw in a whole series of <br> and <p> I couldn’t get white space to seperate big blocks … the CSS was over-ruling them … even <hr> didn’t work. But I did get some major stuff done anyhow.

Then I read a longish article on “I have found a way to read most of their terrific hacks for free using Google Book Search – at least for now. This trick, by the way, works for lots of books, like …” I gotta wonder where people’s priorities are. That warranted a post that showed up on Feedster and weblogtoolscollection.com?! *shrug* I’ve done the equivalent, a couple of different ways, a few times. Meh.

Anyhow, things are moving along … this WP theme is working, basically (sad that it relies on background GIFs so much, so things are good.

12JUNE06 – I just added the “Meerkat” blogroll from O’Reilly.

“Meerkat is no longer available

Update: Meerkat was shut down March 2, 2006.”

The blogroll is at http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/q/1247?x-mimetype=text/xml .
